Support Policy

  • Access Data Systems policy is to provide the best possible support, no matter how or when requested, for all components of the Warehouse Management System. When support is urgently needed, we respond immediately. Our primary goal is to ensure that our customers are able to successfully operate their Warehouse Management System during all hours of operation.
  • Access Data Systems provides pricing for support of the CompassIM software we develop. Although the pricing does not specifically cover support for the computers, network systems and database management systems CompassIM runs on, we provide best effort to assist you in resolving problems you may encounter in these areas.

Support Pricing

  • We ask that you commit to paying for support during your first year after installation. Your annual support cost is 20% of the list price of the features selected. During the second and subsequent years, you can continue to subscribe to annual support, or you can elect to receive support on a time and materials basis. Our hourly charge for support time is $156.
  • The annual support charge for custom modifications is 5% of the development cost of the modification.
